When you buy items from me, I want to make you completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the items you bought, you can exchange it or ask for refund. My return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you have received the items, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, please make sure the products are unused and in the same condition that you received it. No refund will be given if the items has missing, no original packaging, used, worn, washed, no tags, products with odors, such as smell perfume, smoke, pet hair, etc.

How to Return 1. Please, place all the original packaging in the return box, including in the package with a photo copy of the invoice (if applicable), note with your name, address, phone number, email address and reason for return. Please be noticed that returning the products without permission will not be handled, so you have to contact me first, thank you for your cooperation. . 2. Ship the merchandise securely wrapped, pre-paid to: shipping address will provide via email only please contact me. 3. You will be responsible to pay shipment cost for returning the item(s). If you ship an item over $75,you may have to insured your return as I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned, and I recommend using the postal service's Delivery Confirmation (tracking numbers) that will show when your package is delivered to me as I am not responsible for items lost in transit. Refunds (if applicable): 100% guarantee for refunds once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, thanks.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me.
Sale items (if applicable): Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or free shipping items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable):
I will only replace items if they are defective, wrong items or damaged based on my error. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact me.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Order Changes/Cancellations Please notice that once an order has been placed and processed, it is difficult to make modifications and cancellations. If you need to do any change to the order, please contact me immediately, and I will try my best to accommodate your situation. However, when the order has been shipped, your order can't be changed or canceled.
